Hey guys!
My name is Kathleen Nguyen and I am currently in my first semester of Graduate School at LSU. My focus is on Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in early childhood. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education in May 2017. Since the beginning of August, I started working at the LSU's Early Childhood Education Laboratory Preschool as a prekindergarten teacher. Other than having a passion for teaching young children, I love to travel and try new dishes! I enjoy learning about different cultures and interacting with new people!
For our unit plan, we will be focusing on butterflies as our main topic! We will be creating a variety of lessons that will cover math, science, English, and social studies. Within these activities, we will incorporate different types of technology through our lessons.
